Phil and his family’s connection to Central Florida began in 2022, when they visited the Orlando area for the first time and quickly fell in love with everything the area had to offer. That first trip turned into multiple visits each year, exploring different communities, enjoying the parks and local attractions, and discovering more of what makes Central Florida such a special place to live. Looking back, Phil likes to think his family was being drawn to the area long before they knew they would eventually call it home.

When the opportunity came for Phil’s wife to join Walt Disney Imagineering, moving to Central Florida suddenly felt like the natural next chapter. Their home search spanned more than a year and included exploring communities throughout the greater Orlando area before ultimately choosing Storey Lake in Kissimmee. The experience gave Phil a firsthand appreciation for the excitement, questions, and important decisions that come with relocating and finding the right home, and helped turn a lifelong interest in real estate into a new professional chapter.

Phil’s connection with Keller Williams at the Lakes is personal as well. After experiencing the exceptional knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and client-focused service of the brokerage firsthand during his own home-buying experience, joining the team felt like a natural fit when he decided to pursue real estate professionally.

Before entering real estate, Phil built a successful professional career centered on advising people and organizations, developing relationships, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and helping others navigate important decisions. He brings those same skills to every real estate relationship, combining a professional, detail-oriented approach with the personal service and responsiveness he believes every client deserves.

Outside of real estate, Phil and his wife have been married for 16 years, have five children and two grandchildren. In his free time, there’s a good chance you’ll find Phil bass fishing, relaxing on a cruise, enjoying the theme parks, discovering a great local restaurant or simply spending time with family.

Phil serves buyers and sellers throughout Osceola County, with particular knowledge of Storey Lake and the surrounding Kissimmee area. He believes great representation starts by listening to each client’s needs, understanding what matters most to them, communicating clearly and building genuine, long-lasting relationships. Phil’s goal is simple: to provide a real estate experience that clients genuinely value and are excited to share with their family and friends!
